Psychotherapy (Online /In Person, 50 mins – $175/$190)

Coaching (Phone, 30 mins – $90)
Goal-oriented, collaborative support—available on its own or between psychotherapy sessions—designed to help you navigate challenges and create practical strategies for progress in daily life.
Groups (Online, 90 mins – $60)
Affordable weekly groups providing psychoeducation coaching for late/self-diagnosed, undiagnosed, or neurodivergent-allied individuals
Your Health Fund Rebates - Psychotherapists (PACFA)
If your psychotherapist is registered with PACFA (Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia), you may also be eligible for private health insurance rebates through selected health funds — provided your policy includes cover for counselling or psychotherapy under extras.

To Claim:

Your therapist must be a Clinical or Certified Practising member of PACFA (I am)

They must have a provider number with your health fund (email to ask for this)

You will need a receipt with necessary details (date, duration, provider number, etc.). (I will provide one after every session)
