EMDR focuses on processing past experiences that continue to impact you in the present. Using a structured approach, it helps reduce emotional intensity, shift unhelpful patterns, and support lasting change.
Focuses on practical action, and staying grounded in the present—while keeping your future goals front and centre. This service can be offered as a standalone option or as support between psychotherapy sessions.
Psycho-education, group based processes & opportunities to share lived experiences with people who are late diagnosed, self-diagnosed, awaiting diagnosis or living among neurodivergent people.
